铂浆是由纯铂微颗粒，有机物和粘合剂经过混合压制成的均匀膏状浆料。铂有着极其稳定的金属属性，在传感器电极，高温共烧元件上发挥着重要的作用。
施工工艺：
1. 施工工艺。
本系列铂浆适合大多场合应用场景，丝网印刷，点胶，简单的手工涂抹均可。印刷后放置5~10分钟。
2. 烘干，放入烘箱150℃，烘干10分钟（链式隧道炉烧结本步骤可忽略），
3，烧结，5~8℃每分钟升温，峰值最低温度850℃，10分钟。（根据实际工艺需要可以烧到950℃，更高的烧结温度膜层会达到较优，电阻也会比较小。使用铂浆很多场合就是需要铂高温下的稳定性，所以铂浆最高可以烧到1400-1500℃膜层还会比较稳定。使用时可以根据需要选择不同的烧结温度，铂浆都能胜任。）
4. 耐温性能。铂层在-40~125℃范围内完全稳定不会发生任何变化。但有的铂浆烧结后要长期在高温下工作，有的甚至长期在1000℃左右，我们开发了不同的浆料类型来满足各个环境。
